Similar to the concept of Reiki, but this is played on crystal singing bowls, singing pyramids, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drums or chimes to utilize the healing vibrations emanating from the instruments. Bowls are placed around the body or on the solar plexus chakra.

CST is a very gentle and therapeutic service. It combines rocking, soft tissue movements, gentle pulling/traction and mild facial compressions to balance the Central Nervous System. AIDS in headache relief, anxiety, PTSD, depression, stress management, general aches & pains and sleep issues.
Cupping massage has been around for over 1000 years and aids in removing stagnation from the body, increasing range of motion, improving blood flow and reducing inflammation. Clients notice a significant decrease in their pain, more flexibility and movement. It is a popular service here at NTM.
